Jay Park, a founding partner of PH & Co, specializes in handling a wide range of cross-border disputes, from commercial to family matters. Before founding PH & Co, Mr. Park was a member of the International Dispute Resolution Team at Shin & Kim and successfully represented both international and domestic clients in major international disputes.
Mr. Park has also served as a public-service judge advocate at various government agencies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Immigration Office. Mr. Park is currently completing his Ph.D. degree in Private International Law.
